Inspection Comments   PROPER MASK-WEARING COMPLAINT. VISITED SITE. EVERYONE HAD A MASK ON BUT SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING THE MASK OVER THEIR NOSE. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, EVERETT LEWIS. HE WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN AREA AND TOLD THEM THEY ALL HAD TO WEAR THEIR MASKS OVER THEIR NOSE. HE SAID HE WILL STAY ON TOP OF THE SITUATION AND CONTINUE TO BE SURE THEY ARE WEARING THEIR MASKS PROPERLY.
